By accessing or using ApplyDraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ApplyDraft is an AI-powered job application automation tool that helps users find job opportunities, generate personalized cover letters, and save email drafts to their connected email accounts. The Service uses AI to generate application materials based on user-provided information.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in using a valid Google or Microsoft account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to perform searches and generate applications.
• Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe) and are non-refundable once used.
• Unused credits do not expire.
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited emails
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications in application materials
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or rate limits
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate cover letters, email content, and other application materials. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate — you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sending
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated applications will result in job interviews or offers
• You own the content you create using the Service

7. Email and OAuth Permissions

By connecting your Gmail or Outlook account, you authorize the Service to create email drafts on your behalf. We only request the minimum permissions necessary. We do not send emails without your explicit review and action — all generated emails are saved as drafts only.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ApplyDraft and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular employment outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity or data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
